Brgy. Tigbao in Calatrava set to benefit from new farm-to-market road

BARANGAY Tigbao in the Municipality of Calatrava is set to receive a new farm-to-market road (FMR) soon, thanks to the Support to Barangay Development Program (SBDP). Last March 23, a groundbreaking ceremony was held in the area to mark the beginning of the construction of the FMR.

Among those present at the event were Provincial Director Teodora P. Sumagaysay, Mayor Marilyn Era, SB Member Agustin Camara, Police Captain Jesus Alba, Punong Barangay Ricaredo Claro Jr., as well as other LGU officials, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.

Calatrava was granted a total fund of 52 million pesos under the FY 2022 Local Government Support Fund – SBDP to support the 13 barangays in the area with their 13 priority projects. The FMR project in Barangay Tigbao is one of those priority projects.

LGOO VII Grace Natalie Azarraga, Cluster 1 Head, LGOO VI Jo. Ylosorio, MLGOO, LGOO V John Christopher Reguindin, and LGOO V Mary Jo Anne Cabrera, PDMU Chief were also present at the groundbreaking ceremony.
