A CALL CENTER agent was robbed by two unidentified men on a motorcycle at Puentebella Subdivision in Barangay Taculing, Bacolod City Wednesday night, June 13.

Chief Inspector Wilfredo Benoman Jr., head of Police Station 6, said 22-year-old Ramel Villeran was on his way home around 9:20 p.m. when one of the assailants stopped and asked him about the time.

He was then threatened at gunpoint while the other robber forcibly took his bag. The victim resisted but he was also threatened with a bladed weapon.

The two robbers, who were wearing a helmet and a cap, left the victim unharmed and carted away his bag containing cash amounting to P11,000, Automated Teller Machine (ATM) cards, Identification cards, and ballpen.

Benoman said they have yet to identify the perpetrators.
