OPERATIVES of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency intercepted and seized about 100 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated market value of P680,000 at Bacolod-Silay airport cargo warehouse in Silay City, Negros Occidental Sunday, March 8, 2020.

PDEA provincial chief Nicholas Gomez said that a PDEA K9 interdiction unit was conducting a random paneling at the airport cargo warehouse, when the narcotic detection dog was able to detect the suspected shabu, being sent through a courier service.

Gomez, however, withheld the names of the parcel consignee, pending follow-up operations.
