MANILA – The state weather bureau on Saturday warned residents affected by the low pressure area in Camarines Norte to stay on guard against flashfloods and landslides.

In its 11 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) spotted the weather disturbance at 70 kilometers northeast of Daet, Camarines Norte and is expected to bring rains all over the country.

Pagasa said Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas will experience occasional to frequent rains which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.

The next update will be incorporated within the regular issuance of public weather forecast at 5 p.m. Saturday. (Virgil Lopez/Sunnex)
