Girls High ‘94 host homecoming

THE Saint Louis School Incorporated Alumni Association will be holding its homecoming, bringing together graduates for a day of remembering.

Set Saturday, February 2, the celebration begins with a motorcade at the Panagbenga Park circling the Central Business District toward the Assumption Road – SLSCI Campus themed “Onward through Transformative Loving and Living.”

Batch 1994 plays host to this year’s celebration.

Morning program at the Sr. Josephine Playground will open with Sr. Germeline Real (ICM) welcoming all attendees with a cheer presentation by Batch 1969 and the opening of the memorabilia lane.

At the social hall, each batch will present their prepared yells before the welcome address of Julie Corpuz, president of the SLSC Alumni Association followed by a tribute to the ICM sisters and the teachers of batch 1994.

A pinning ceremony for the jubilations (1969) golden (1979), ruby (1994) and silver (all other batches from 1969 and older) is set at noon while afternoon program at the school hall begins with a Eucharistic celebration by Rev. Fr. Victor Chua.

A tribute to the jubilarians and the turnover ceremony (to batch 1995) will follow after the acknowledgement of donations for the (Rosario Cordero Educational Assistance Fund).

The SLSC Alumni Association Accomplishment Report will also be presented by Corpuz with presentations by various batches will ensue till the evening. (Maria Elena Catajan)
