Fire hits Pardo, Cebu City

A LATE morning fire destroyed a house and damaged two others in Barangay Pardo, Cebu City on Saturday, March 16.

The fire, which occurred in Sitio Upper Lusimba in Barangay Pardo, was raised under second alarm at around 11:57 a.m.

In an initial report provided by the Cebu City Fire Department, the fire reportedly started at the house of Ruperto Arsonal, currently rented by Kimberly Yu.

Fire fighters were able to douse the fire at around 12:29 p.m.

The fire damage was pegged at around P100,000.

Fire investigators are still investigating what caused the blaze. (JKV)
