ARAYAT -- Two of the most wanted suspects in Arayat were arrested by police officers conducting a Lambat Sibat operation here in two different barangays recently.

Wilmark Pineda, 29, was arrested at 11 a.m. at Barangay Cupang, this town, according to police.

Pineda is wanted for Criminal Case No. 19980 or for violating the Anti-Carnapping Law, police said.

Rommel Malonzo, 26, meanwhile, was captured by police officers at around 4 p.m. in Barangay Cacutud, Arayat.

Police said that Malonzo is wanted for Criminal Case No. 18842 for violating the Anti-Robbery Law.

Both suspects are temporarily detained at the municipal's police station prior to turn over to the proper court. (Leslie Anne Mahusay/Sun.Star Pampanga)
