Police still clueless on the slaying of Danganan

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga -- Police are still clueless on the slaying of a close-in aide of Bacolor Mayor Jomar Hizon.

Chief Inspector Danilo Gallano, Bacolor police chief, said a police team is still conducting an investigation and gathering evidence and witnesses on the killing of Danny Mar Danganan, former municipal and barangay councilor.

As of Friday, Gallano said police probers are still have no suspects in the said slaying of Danganan.

"We are still in the process of gathering evidences and inviting witnesses in the killing of Danganan," he said.

Danganan, 48, was gunned down on Sunday by Motorcycle Riding Criminals (MRCs) in front of his house in Barangay San Isidro, Bacolor town recently. Senior Superintendent Marlon Madrid, Pampanga Police acting provincial director, said that the special investigation task group "Danganan" was already formed to arrest the killers of Danganan.
