Toshiba opens concept store in Cebu (5:11 a.m.)

TOSHIBA has opened its first concept store in Cebu to further strengthen its presence and increase its retail market share in the Visayas.

Krislyn Chia, assistant manager of Toshiba Computer Systems Division (CSD) Singapore said the shopToshiba Concept Store will be a place where the company can showcase its products and offer after-sales service to customers.

The shopToshiba Concept Store-Cebu is the third concept store of Toshiba in the Philippines. The two other concept stores are located in SM Megamall and SM North Edsa in Luzon.

The concept store will showcase Toshiba’s notebook computers with several enhancements to its line of Qosmio, Satellite, Satellite Pro, Tecra, Protégé notebook computers.

Toshiba Corporation now has 315 major subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide since its inception in 1875. The Singapore based CSD is the regional headquarters for South and Southeast Asia. (KOC/Sunnex)
