5 nabbed in Subic drug den raid

PHILIPPINE Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Central Luzon collared five drug suspects during an anti-illegal drug operations launched in Subic, Zambales over the weekend.

The arrested suspects were identified as Larlyn Puno, Nabel Mustapha, Asniyah Mustapha, Camal Macabatao, and Isias Inoc, all residents of Zambales.

The said operation also resulted in the dismantling of a drug den allegedly maintained by Puno.

The operating team led by PDEA-Zambales and the local police said they have received intelligence information indicating Puno's house was being used as a makeshift drug den for drug users.

Also confiscated during the operation were six sachets containing 55 grams with a value of P374,000, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the buy-bust money.

Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2022 will be filed against the arrested suspects.
