CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- The Department of Agriculture (DA) Central Luzon met with the municipal and city agriculturists and rice report officers of each town of Tarlac province on October 5 for a consultation.

The event was under the leadership of Rice Banner Program Focal Person Lowell Rebillaco in collaboration with Information Communications Technology Unit Chief Alvin David and a representative from the Corn Banner Program Focal Person Genesis Martin.

It was held at the Kanlahi Hall, Diwa ng Tarlac, Tarlac City with approximately 80 attendees.

The activity aimed to provide participants with answers to their questions on the implementation of the agency's projects and programs.

"Our goal here is to have a level of understanding on the implementation of seeds and fertilizer distribution and even in other projects of the agency," Rebillaco said.

Provincial Rice Report Officer Jenelyn Guillermo expressed her gratitude for the agency’s prompt response and assistance to the local government.

"This consultation was good, the concerns of our MAOs on FFRS, implemented programs and RSBSA were clarified. Queries were answered and now they know what to do in their respective areas," Guillermo said.
