Fernandino food manufacturers receive subsidy

SOME 40 Fernandino micro-entrepreneurs from the food manufacturing sector completed the final batch of the locally-funded “Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay” of the City Government of San Fernando, through the City Investment Promotion Office (Cipo).

In a program held on July 19, 2021, the beneficiaries likewise received subsidies for their products’ raw materials, similar to the first two batches who were awarded on July 15 and 16, respectively.

Apart from this, the food manufacturers were also given seminar on food safety by the City Health Office-Environmental Health and Sanitation Division.

Meanwhile, the Cipo opened another registration for the next edition of the program.
