PDEA-Central Luzon crashes drug den in Angeles City

ANGELES CITY -- Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Central Luzon dismantled a drug den and nabbed seven drug personalities in a drug sting, which resulted in the seizure of P136,000 worth of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu on Rivera Street, Barangay Pulung Bulu of this city on Saturday, June 20, 2020.

PDEA identified the suspect as Ritchie T. Tobias alias Archie, 43, male, resident of Barangay Pulung Bulu; Ralph C. Bernarte, 32, male, resident of Barangay Pulung Bulu; Francis G. Quiazon, 39, male, resident of Barangay Claro M. Recto; Noel C. Carpio, 40, male, resident of Barangay Pulung Bulu, all in Angeles City; Edgardo T. Tugade, 56; male, resident of Manibaog, Porac, Pampanga; Adonis B. Quizon, 42, male, resident of Barangay Sto. Domingo, and Kerwin Q. Salunga, 30, male, resident of Sto. Domingo, both in Angeles City.

The anti-drug operation transpired at 7 p.m. when agents of PDEA secured a drug deal with alias Archie for the sale of 20 grams of shabu and agreed to meet in his place where he was collared.

The suspects are now detained at PDEA Jail Facility, Diosdado Macapagal Government Center, Barangay Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
