THE City Government has formally recognized the Zamboangueños who won medals in the recently held 17th Crystal Dancesports Championship 2019 and Malaysia Medalist Dancesports Competition held in Malaysia on October 27.

Acting Mayor Rommel Agan congratulated the medal haulers for their feat and for bringing honor and fame not only to Zamboanga City but to the entire country.

The dancesport couples were products of the city-initiated summer learn to play program.

Dr. Cecil Atilano, City Sports director, presented the winners as follows: Chaela Bersabe and Aaron Abrielle Del Rosario; Xedric Lloyd Alvarez and Julieanne Camins; Chaela Bersabe and Keiron Macapili; Julieanne Camins and Christopher June Obaub; Chaela S.
